my ex bf called me from this number today and he said he's at a payphone in Silver Spring, MD. Who knows.

6:00 pm Got an obscene phone call from this number. Tried to call back but got a recording saying it couldn't be connected as dialed.

Has called me several times and this is the first and last time I will answer this call !

This man said he was a debt collector but when I googled his # it came up as a scam. Is there anyone that can stop this. I mean he called and threatened to send the police after me. I told him go ahead I was home. They never came. He also calls you very nasty names when you tell him you know that this is a scam. Please keep reporting.

They claim to be a non-profit organization named the American Professional Services Association located in Warren, MI near 13 Mile Road and VanDyke Avenue, but they invited me and a guest to a free lunch meeting at the Villa Penna restaurant.

I got a voicemail from a guy who went by the name of Paul Williams, though he spoke with a heavy foreign accent (sounding like from India) saying he works for a fraud dept. and there is a lawsuit against me for a payday loan that I never paid back, and it was urgent that I returned the call the minute I got the message. I never took out any payday loans. When I played the voicemail, it was very noisy in the background. Sounds like a scam to me.
